Amazing Arizona Comics Month continues!  Phoenix Comic Fest is next week, and I'll soon share my itinerary for the weekend, so you know where and when to find me.

Friend of Amazing Arizona Comics: John Derrick West

John Derrick West was one of the first local artists to surprise me with a drawing of Speed Cameron, and recently he continued the tradition with this incredible rendition of June Monsoon!

June came on the heels of my asking JD to contribute to a Phoenix Tonight comedy bit, "rejected comic con cosplay concepts."  Here's Iron Deficiency Man!  (Apparently, clams are a great source for iron.)

Amazing Arizona Comics #15 Preview

Amazing Arizona Comics #15 includes the #Augustagram story in its entirety, but, rather than reprint the text verbatim, I thought I'd try something different.  Each page will feature a segment from the month's sequence from a character's personal perspective.  In these preview pages, we sample Speed Cameron's battle blog, June's journal, and Dust Devil's Twitter; other pages will feature texts, chats, and -- well, spilling more would just spoil it, right?  To enjoy the issue in its entirety, click the Paypal button, and it can be yours for a measly two bucks!

 

 

Amazing Arizona Comics #11 & #12, Available Now!

If you missed the Amazing Arizona Comics Monthly 2015 Kickstarter campaign, but would still like to get in on the monthly minicomics madness, it's not too late!  Issues #11 (May) and #12 (June) -- the first issues in my May/December initiative to self-publish monthly in 2015 -- are available here and now, via Paypal, for just $5!  Including postage!

To celebrate the arrival of Super Bowl XLIX to Arizona, this week's strip is a classic, appearing online for the first time in color!  And, who knows, with the NFL Experience in downtown Phoenix, the Fair Weather Fan had good reason to strike on Central Avenue again!
